For some reason when I place my phone in "vibrate" mode it turns down all the speaker volume, however when i rasie it, it goes back to "ON" status.

Which turns the ringer on, basicaly the phone is not allowing me to have it in vibrate mode with the speaker volume rasied so that i can hear a caller, any ideas is this a known bug.

Thanks peeps.................

Hi there,

If you go to the sounds and notifications under systems you can scroll down to the Phone: Incoming call event and select vibrate and ring as the ring type - this should do the trick of making the phone vibrate and ring at the same time - if you then just want it to vibrate then select that via the volume option like you did before.

Hope that helps

If you're trying to adjust the in-call volume you do that when you are in a call, otherwise the volume button adjust the system and ringer volume levels

Hi there,

I seem to be having this problem to - as I can not get my phone to vibrate.

When I select the vibrate option from the speaker icon, it goes mute.

I have selected the sounds and notifications to be set to vibrate and ring and it still does not work.

I have also done a hard reset and it is still not working (vibrate not coming on).... others in the forum think that the handset maybe faulty.

Are you guys still having the same issue or did you manage to find a fix?

Many thanks,
