Sp5 Bug? Profiles Switching Automatically

For 8 months the Sp5 was error free

This just started after i used the JEYO Mobile Extender to backup my SMS to Outlook. At random the profiles will alternate between Normal and Headset. If i put it on Silent, it reverts to one of them.

I had Imate AKU2 ROM running for 6-7 months before.

I re-flashed the AKU2 ROM, tried it on 3 different PCs (did use JEYO to backup SMS) and still the same result.

I even put in the Vodafone V1240 ROM and its still the same (did not use JEYO this time).

For some weird reason, im thinking as long as the ROM is freshly installed, its fine, as soon as i connect it to ActiveSync 4.2, it would start misbehaving after that point.

Any ideas folks?
