Guest emyllis Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 Simple query but when I answer my phone/make a phone call, my ears often touch the screen and I end up on a different screen e.g. my ears click on "start" then a random program opened. I'm sure you too suffer this problem, but how can I overcome this minor annoyance? Cheers

Other than turning up the volume and holding it slightly further away I don't know what to suggest.
Guest john.-h Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 try a long peice of sticky tape to hold your ears back.
Guest nforsans Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 try a long peice of sticky tape to hold your ears back. I've got the same problem and thought everybody had. Is there a reg tweak to increase the volume further so that our ears do not play with the messaging and web keys?

If so you can go to start-settings-personal-buttons and change button 1 and button 2 to , which should stop the problem, which hopefully would sort out Nforsans as well. I have found the Vario II to handle two calls pretty well, the processor certainly improves things from my C500/550's.

Can anyone expand on this?
