Pay for Warranty repair?

Hi All,

I bought my C550 online from orange in April this year, and have had 2 replacements so far (one faulty joystick, one faulty camera) and now I want to send it off again (faulty joystick again).

Just been on service.htceurope.com (as Orange won't repair it) and they state it will cost me around

If you only bought the original phone in April, and you've had replacements in that time too, then Orange have to repair/replace, it's their legal duty. Talk to them again.

If they won't play ball, then talk to the CAB/Trading Standards/credit card company (if applicable)
