MMS Backup?

Ok let's just say hypothetically a friend of mine were to have gotten a little click happy and when doing the clean ups with Pocket Mechanic Pro and some how deleted whatever is related to installing and uninstalling programs and now needs to perform a hard reset how would I, I mean he go about backing up all his MMS messages?

Of course I did this backwards, the next program I was going to install was SPB Backup, well now I can't install it. I really just want to save the messages so I can reset and then load them back in.

Someone pointed me to http://www.jeyo.com/companion.asp which is a good program for what I need to do, but it is lacking the MMS portion.
