help with c550 please - action button problems!

Hey,

please can someone help - my action button/joystick in the middle of the keypad has stopped responding!

I have tried taking the case apart and have tried to blow any dust out from the button but it still doesnt work!

Anyone know how i could fix it - or at least what i could try?

It means that i cant open any texts because there is no shortcut number and the only way to open them is to push the action button in (which doesnt work!)

If cant fix the button does anyone know of any software that i could use to download my messages to the computer so i can still save the ones on there?

**** also is there a program that allows u to reconfigure the buttons? for example so i could set the play button to be the action button etc....?

any help would be appreciated.

You could also try fluffcat1 for a spare keypad, he sells parts etc on ebay. May be worth trying to send him a pm to ask.
