Lost MMS-Entry in messaging app

I've lost the MMS-Menu entry in the messaging app of my Qtek 8310 (propably with the rom update to 2.0.9.0). That means I can choose

1 - SMS

2- Outlook Email

but there is no MMS!

How can I get MMS back?

The same thing happened to me when I moved the cemail.vol file from my phone to my computer to free up storage space. Has anyone been able to get it back?
