You did not select a usable voice! (TomTom Mobile 5)

I've just installed TomTom Mobile 5 on my Qtek 8310 smartphone.

Everything seems to be OK, but I can't select a voice.

If I try to select a voice it takes a while and I get a picture of a person with a flag in grey (not in colour) + name & language of that person + in the middle of the screen the text: Install from CDROM or download from www.tomtom.com

If I try to select a voice I receive a message in the upper right corner of the screen: You did not select a usable voice!

I have done a hard a reset and a re-install of TomTom different times, but no result.

What can I do??? Please help me.....

All you have to do is copy the entire TomTom SD on to the root of your miniSD card. There is no install as such unlike the PockertPC version.

All the voices you need will be on the SD card.
