changing icons and spaceing

i have been playing around with phone alarm's settings but was wondering if someone could tell how to change the wifi icon and also is it possable to change the spaceing between the icons, would like to move all icons to the right a bit

Which launcher program are you using? ilauncher or SPB's?

Out of interest where did you get the icons from?

Oh, and I think jpegs show automatically, but bmp's don't.

In which case, sorry I know how alter the spacing in ilauncher but haven't used Phone Alarm.
