Ringtones wont work

I've just got a C600 as my new phone and am trying to put some new ringtones on it. When I put them opn the phone it wont let me choose them as ringtones. They are in MP3 and WAV formats.

Any help on how to get them to work will be appreciated :rolleyes:

Where are you putting them ? They need to be in \Application Data \Sounds. You could always upload them here and we could try them out for you.

I was just putting them in the windows folder. Tried the above and it works perfectly. Thanks for the help Stu.

If you want to put them on a storage card I've heard you have to leave them on the card itself (not in a folder on the card). Or you can get rjv tonesetter free from airfagev and put them wherever you want. Except for ringtones for individual contacts, those have to be in \application data\sounds.
