How to unlock SP5 with lastest ROM

Hey guys,

I'm trying to add the scroll tweak so i can use all the number keys, but when i use mobileregistryeditor and i can't add the DWORD.

i'm pretty sure i have to unlock, how would i unlock an SP5 with the latest rom? i tryed SDA_unlocker, it doesnt work

any suggestions?
