memory/storage issues and view issues. help!

Hello

Ive been having a few issues with my phone recently.

first of all and perhaps most importantly is the menus.

if you were to go into start>settings, you'd be presented with a list of options with a NUMBER next to each corresponding menu item. well, somehow, on my phone its now changed to letters and i cant figure out how to switch it back!

can anyone help with this?

also, i only have 3mb left of 18mb! i dont know where the hell its all gone. i only smart explorer, tcpmp and opera browser installed alongside tornado power control. and i dont have any pictures/videos stored on the phone! wheres all my space gone?!

also, does anyone know where files received via bluetooth save themselves?
