Windows Media Not Recognising M3100

I've put a micro-SD in my M3100 and configured it on the phone so that the phone uses it for storing photo's etc. so I know it works.

From Windows XP I can see the device and the card when it is plugged into the USB cable. I can browse to the card, copy files over etc.

However within Windows Media 10 it doesn't see it as a device to sync music to. Which I need as I have a Napster To Go account and I need to be able to copy music via either WMP or Napster so the DRM functions.

The strange thing is 2 other people in my office have this phone/same microSD and when they plugged in the card/usb and fired up WMP it recognised it....

I've tried rebuilding the library on the phone but that didn't make any difference.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Rob.

Well the machines 2 years old and it used to sync fine with the SPV600 I had. In truth I can't remember which way round it was.

What happens if I uninstall AS? Does it lose the settings??
