Cingular 3125 rebooting during typing

Does anyone else have a problem with their HTC STAR100 (StrTrk, 3125, 8500, etc.) rebooting while entering text (in SMS or email messages, in my case)?

I'm running the Push Email client which will (understandably) periodically cause the phone to react sluggishly while it multitasks, but just recently it seems that I'm typing too fast and am having to wait for the buffer to deliver the text to the screen.
