How to change contacts display format?

I have t-mobile SDA USA version. Ever since syncing my contacts with Yahoo Go account, some contacts get displayed as LastNameFirstName with no space between lsat name and first name. When in edit contacts window I get proper last name and first name reported. Is there any way to change the format of contact list display? Any input appreciated.
