Emergency calls

In my qtek 8500 happens a strange thing: when I call the number 119 (TIM customers number) it starts the emergency call. I've made an hard reset but anything's changed. How can I modify the emergency numbers?

Look for the app on this site. There is a PC run program that allows you to change the emergency numbers.

Hi i had same problem with my tim qtek 8500 incredible they sell a phone unable to call their customer service(i'm italian like you),just search for ecall in the phone registry and delete 119 from both key you will find.
