Copy phone number from diary entry to phone

I've changed from Palm T650 to M3100 and the one little gadget I miss most is being able to copy and past a phone number from a diary entry into the phone and then just pressing talk.

Does anyone know a way or a program that will allow this.

You could do it single handed (one thumb) in the Palm but thats not necessarily important, its just a pain having to look at the diary, write down the number and the dialing it.

In the diary entry highlight the phone number. Then tap and hold with the stylus on the highlighted area and a popup menu will appear - then select copy from the menu option list.

Press the green phone button on your M3100 to bring up the phone keypad - select the right soft key menu (labelled Menu) and then select Paste from the listed menu options and the phone number will be ready to dial.
