Changing the Smartphone Start Menu background?

Hi,

I've looked and looked, but I can't find the answer to this anywhere. I want to change the background image of the Start Menu on my Cingular 3125. I know how to install themes, change the home screen background image, change the start menu from grid to list, etc. With the Cingular 3125, they put a cingular logo (blue) background image, with black text and it's very difficult to read it. I have noticed on one or two themes (...can't think of which they were..) these would actually change this screen image, so I know it can be done.......but how?

On a side note, Cingular saw fit to waste almost 2mb on the startup wav (STARTUP_422.wav @ 1.89 mb). I'm working on how to fix that as well...it's read only, so i'm guessing it's a registry tweak...any ideas??

The start menu image can be amended by editing the following registry setting:

HKLM->SOFTWARE->Microsoft->Shell->Rai->MSStart->BKBitmapFile
