Guest slamming_sammy1 Posted October 20, 2006 Report Posted October 20, 2006 hello, is there a way to store email on storage card? seems that there's no way, as I can't find any options for this. I have a audiovox 5600. thanks.
Guest Tech Posted October 20, 2006 Report Posted October 20, 2006 yes there is a way and you need to modify the reg settings http://mike.temporale.com/archive/2006/09/23/176.aspx http://blogs.conchango.com/kenibarwick/arc...05/22/3969.aspx http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=117416&st=0 http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=...mp;#entry775892
Guest slamming_sammy1 Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 it doesn't seem to work with my smt5600 which runs windows mobile 2003 2nd edition. I created the folders correctly and also modified the reg settings using Mobile Registry Editor, but when I sync my mail, it puts them in: \Storage\Storage Card\Mail which is still on the phone. anyone know if this trick works for my type of OS? thanks.

It definitely works on your phone. Double check the registry entries, make sure the path is correct. Look at the stickies at the top of the forums for the one regarding PIE and Mail attachments on storage card, its got all the details you need to confirm... Good luck,
