What is the easiest way to get WM5 screen snapshots

I would like to create message with WM5 screen snapshots, in order to explain some problem I have with screen text overlapping to a software provider, but I don't know how to retrieve on my PC the copy of the screen of my Smartphone ( QTEK S200 = SPV M600).

Any advice would be welcome.

I always use SOTI pockety controller to take my screenshots.

Unfortunately it is not free.

i use smartSS too. but be carefull not to keylock your phone while its still running. the button for taking a screenshot is * and * also unlocks your phone. ul have to take the battery out.
