M500 Hard Reset

I have seen in the past topics which describe how to hard reset an M500 and skip certain installations. Can anyone point me in the right direction as all of my searches have failed this morning.

Do a hard reset and then just before the customisations start, do a soft reset.

(Oh and as its a pocket pc phone - you wont find much in the smartphone area)

Good point, well made.

But whilst I'm here, I presume I then re-install from cabs that I do actually want.
