Software on storage card, how do i get it back?!

Hey all

I've installed a bunch of applications on my storage card.

the problem is, ive recently done a rom update and i'd like to recover the applications, they're still on my memory card, but i dont know how to get all the shortcuts back into my start menu!

can anyone help with this?

The easiest way is just to reinstall the apps!
