Duplicate Text message sending on Orange M3100

Have had my M3100 on Orange for over a month now and am mostly enjoying it - apart from the constant duplicate text messages it seems to be sending :rolleyes:

I send a text and sometimes get the notificaion to say it has been sent straight away and other times this takes ages, but whether the notification has been displayed on the handset or not it randomly sends messages up to 5 times!!!! I am getting friends and colloeagues asking why I keep sending the same message to them a number of times; sometimes even the next day!!!

Has anyone else experienced this??? I have checked my Orange bill and it is difficult to see if I being charged for them or not as I send so many messages!!!

Any help or suggestions much appreciated - Gr8 forum too!!!

Sorry Guys!!!

I had already searched for this issue and not managed to find it - but upon clicking post it showed me other similar posts at the bottom of the screen and the first one seemed to have the answer!!!

I use SPB Pocket plus and the close button application - have now created an exception to not close messaging automatically, apparently this will solve it!!!
