BT stereo headset for SDA/SP5m/8300

I have started this topic to discuss various bluetooth stereo headsets that are supported on SDA/SP5m/8300

I am usingT-mobile SDA (USA) with AKU2 ROM 2.0.9.0 of i-mate SP5m.

I have configured A2DP profile by following this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=263735

I am using Jensen Universal Bluetooth Stereo Headphone Kit http://www.amazon.com/Jensen-Universal-Blu...e/dp/B000CMS7HE

I am able to use it successfully for media player but the calls are not getting diverted to headset.

I have found its the same with lot of other people.

Please share your experience with other headsets like motorola HT820.

They're cheap, the sound is superb, the mic is in-built and taking calls is easy.

The only problem I have is that the other music controls don't work. Volume up/down is fine but I can't advance/skip tracks.

As you will have read, there are problems with the occasional sound drop-out and my C600 will sometimes freeze and need the battery pulling. I believe the drop-out can be improved with a registry modification and the freeze issue I believe is due to my preferred media player, Pocket Player. Even so, the latter is worth a try - demo available at MoDaCo Fairdeal
