Guest Koei Posted October 25, 2006 Report Posted October 25, 2006 Been googling a bit, and didn't find anything on this subject. Except that it doesn't work for some people on other HTC devices (The Wizard) :/.

I am absolutely loving those ! Although a bit overpriced, the frequncy response is just awesome. Paired with TCPMP player and appropriate equalizer settings, its like having subwoofers shoved up your ears ! I would highly recommend them. http://www.shure.com/PersonalAudio/Product...eries/index.htm
Guest slimgym Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 I've got a pair of E2C's and love them, when they failed to give any audio in one channel last week I was tempted to replace them with the I2C's but wouldn't mind seeing a photo of them fully unravelled (web searches proved fruitless). I used to wear the E2C's with the cables behind my ears and down the back of my neck and then to the player, but I understand the I2C's have the mic built into the cable which would suggest the cable comes around the front instead. If so, does this arrangement work ok? BTW the E2C's turned out to have a two year warranty on them so they're being replaced by Shure as we speak, which is great news. They are certainly built to last and after 20 months to have them replaced at no cost is superb manufacturer care. They may be expensive but the backup for them is there.
Guest Koei Posted November 1, 2006 Report Posted November 1, 2006 Well, sennheiser confirmed it wouldnt work. So I said; screw headsets. I already had a 2.5->3.5mm convertercable and went out to buy the sennheiser cx300's. Shure's are a tad to expensive, atleast it's not worth my money. I'd rather spend that cash on cd's:)

The cable is a bit stiff but other than that the sound quality is awesome ! The low frequency response is remarkable. These also come with a 2 year warranty and a 30 day return policy. Do let me know if you want some pics of these and I will put them up for you.
