watching movies off internet explorer (how?)

is there anyway to play videos that link directly to the file? most of the time it'l bring me to the coded sorce of that video. rarely it'l ever ask me if i wanna download it. does anyone know how to view this in wmp and note as a code?

You can only stream videos off the internet from the video program your using.

For example in WMP or TCPMP you click open url and then type in or paste the address to the video like www.whateverurl.com/avideo.avi

And then both programs will download and play the video file so it is streaming!
