How do I get pics onto my computer

I have the orange c550 and have taken some photos with it that I want to put onto my computer. When I sync up and go to explore I can find the files but when I click on them it just tells me the details and spec of the photos, doesn't show them. So how do I get my photos off the camera and onto my PC? thanks for any help. x

The files should be in the My Documents/ Photos folder either on the phone or the storage card depending where you have selected to save them.

Thanks, but as I said, I can find them just not open them as picture files, it just comes up with info

Are you trying to open the photos from your phone on your computer? (the same as you would if they were in a folder on the computer)

This you cannot do. you have to copy them to your computer first, either drag and drop on to your desktop

or copy/paste to desired folder.
