category Sync with AS 4.*

as a user of active sync4.5 beta and also a user of both WM5 and Wm2k3 I have noticed that a lot of compliants are made that category sync can not be done with AS4.* well thats not true the problem lies with WM5 as AS4.* allows all the same functions as AS3.8 with WM2k3 but does not allow the same feature control on WM5 devices there for we need to look into finding what it is that controls these options on the phone wether it be a Dll file or a reg edit.

but I need help as I do not know what i should be looking at with finding what it is that is missing from WM5 devices that are present in WM2k3 we should be able to bring back category synching to WM5 devices that I know so many of us wish to have

So please please help me find it

use Autoflight from http://www.anycities.com/user/inputshow/and set it to do a restart at a set time every day mine does it at 3 am when i is tooked up in bed nice and warm.

it also changes profiles at set times silent at night loud during the day works with calendar too

ok while searching through the /windows folder of my 2K3 device I found a load of sync_***.cpl.xml files that are not in the WM5 /Windows folder so I am going to create a back then copy these over to my WM5 device and see what happens
