Trying to Install Pocket TV on mpx200. Need Help!

Can someone please help. I am trying to install Pockettv on my Mpx 200 - It is smartphone 2002. When I download and startup the .exe. It comes up successful on my phone. However, when I go to the program I get:

"Cant find pockettv (or one of its components") Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libaries are available.

I havent used my phone too much and I am hoping it is a simple fix.

Please let me know.

The pockettv.exe file is in my file manager/ ipsm / program files but even when I click on the file it gives me the same result.

It doesn't look like Pocket TV is intended for Smartphone 2002 devices like the MPx200.
