Task manager gone?

I seem to have lost my task manager - the one where I can end tasks - it came as part of the software. It's a tmobile SDA. I was installing other stuff and afterwards it was gone. Any thoughts on how to get it back?

It's a bit severe, but a hard reset will probably get it back.
