Broken Screen on M3100

Hi All,

First post here but have looked at these pages for a while.

My problem I'm hoping for help with is my 2 month old SPV M3100s screen is cracked. I have no insurance and Orange will fix it for 100 pounds if i take out their insurance for another 12 months so about 180 in total.

Is this my only option ?
