Vario II compatibility with MacBook Pro?

Hey.

I'm new and I'm basically rubbish. I got my first ever pocket PC phone recently and it is a MDA VARIO II.

However I'm don't know how to sync it with my macbook pro. Is it even possible? I would just want to be able to sync my iCal, Mail etc.

I would also like to be able to get Web 'n' Walk PLUS and use my phone as a modem, but again is this possible?

Hopefully someone can help me, it would need to be idiot proof though, so fingers crossed.

I don't have a mac so take what I say with a suitable pinch of salt but there was a thread a while back that recommended "The Missing Sync" from markspace.com.

A quick google gives me this page that gives instructions for how to setup and pair your Vario II with a mac in OS X.

I can't find some of the folders that he talks about though, the library/mobile one.

Any ideas anyone?
