Copy dlls to PC / get program icons in dll from xml

Hi,

I am trying to use rjshortcut with a cingular 3125 running wm5. It has been noted before that the icons no longer show up. For 3rd party apps, you can just point to the .exe and the icon is displayed, but for most of the windows programs the links work but the icon shows up as a "?".

The icons for contacts, calendar, etc. are imbedded in the outres.dll file. I would like to reference this in my homescreen xml, but I have tried just about every combination imaginable.

The other option is to make a copy of the dll on my pc and then extract the icons and put them in another folder on the 3125. The problem is I can't copy the dll. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks!
