Guest squilla Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 Hi, I have just tried playing an mp3 on my SPV M5000 which I havnt done for ages, and it bought it up in TCPMP player saying " Error - Player: MPEG4 AAC Audio decoder not included! It was removed from the official install package because of intellectual property considerations." Please could someone explainn what that means and please advise me how I can go about listening to MP3s on my PPC. I dont seem to have the Windows Media program that was installed before. Is there anway to redownload it? Or a different program? Your help on this is really appreciated! Thanks in advance! Helen.
Guest mandt Posted October 30, 2006 Report Posted October 30, 2006 AAC suport was removed from the latest version of TCPMP because of licensing restrictions. If you go to the website and download the older version (.66 I think) there is an AAC plugin available for it
