Normal Headphones on MDA Vario II

I'm looking for a way to use my decent headphones (standard 3.5mm plug) on my new MDA Vario II. Which only has a usb port for headphones/headset etc..

Is there a mini usb to 3.5mm plug adaptor out there so I don't have to use those awful headphones which come with the phone? (Or any other way of connecting standard headphones to the phone?)

I dont think one has been release officially just yet but I remember stumbling accross a post not too long ago in the hermes specific forums about someone being able to mod your current handsfree for free or something.
