Guest Coucou Posted October 31, 2006 Report Posted October 31, 2006 My right soft key stopped working properly and Orange are sending me a replacement tomorrow. I want to delete all the info off the phone so hard reset should be the way to go. Tried following Squall's post for the C500 but it isn't working. The thing is that I am getting the 'Press 0 to restore factory defaults' screen, so I assume the key is working to some extent, but when I press 0 it just boots up without changing anything. Is there a way round this, and if not is there other some simple way of deleting personal info? Tried deleting everything in sight via explorer but my emails and text messages etc. are still there.

Have you tried 1. Click Start > Accessories > Clear Storage. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the phone. The phone will restart after it has been reset.
