where can i adjust the proxy and connections settings on c500?

After an mms is sent, i press send recive and is says

Unable to connect. Verify your dial-up or proxy settings are correct and try again.

NOW WHERE THE HEK CAN I ACCESS THESE SETTINGS FROM?? IVE SEARCHED EVERYWHERE BUT WITH NO LUCK.

my brother, whos a netwrk engineer for orange said that mms has been disabled on my phone. can this be possible??

if it is, how can i enable this???

Look in Start -> Settings -> Connections

that's where you'll find the GPRS and Proxy settings. For the MMS settings, you have to go into your Text mesage inbox (not the MMS inbox), hit Menu -> Options -> Account Options -> MMS

While there, just make sure eveything looks correct, pretty self explanatory.

Then hit Menu -> MMSC Settings

I have two entries there, one called MMS and one called Picture Messaging. I'm using the one called MMS. Whichever you have (if any) click on it. This is where you need to put the info for the server, etc. You can find this info in modaco's settings repository:

Tend to doubt that MMS is really disabled on your phone. Why would they not want to be able to charge you money for sending pics?

ive got a c500, so in the menu, i dont have summat that says 'mmsc settings'???

im foning orange, is that a wise thing to do, bcuz im not sure if mms is enabled??!!!

Not sure what to do. No reason you can't call orange though, you're not doing anything wrong...
