Nope it's 400Mhz - all Hermes variants are (p.s. it's a Pocket PC not a smartphone).

I don't think this has been released in either Europe or the US (where most of the sites membership is based) - there are a few Asian members on this site who might know something about it though.

As Peekie says, the photos of the Hermes, are a pre-production model not a released device.
