transferring predictive text info

I'm intending to upgrade from my M500 to an M3100 in a few weeks time and would like to transfer the predictive text info, is is there a specific file that contains that info?

If there is, is it compatible across OS?

I use a lot of work-specific words and TLAs and it would be incredibly dull to have to teach my new phone these all over again...

I've had my spv m3100 for a few weeks now and it's not been an issue as I do all my inputting with the keyboard.

Although T9 would've been handy.

Now my only concern is transferring my Jawbreaker highest score, any ideas?!?
