change language in web browser

Hello,

First of all I would like to tell you that I'm very new to a smartphone stuff and English is my second language ,so take it easy on me okay?

I am an exchange student from Thailand and just bought a new t-mobile dash. Everything works great but one problem is when I use internet explorer and go to a website from my country, a phone cannot display it correctly. Is there anything I can do to be able to make it works? I hope you understand me.
