Fujitsu Siemens Loox T830, htc tytn, hp ipaq hw6915 - Which one? help!

Guys,

Need help in chosing new phone to replace my old t-mobile compact. Don't know which one to choose. I have 3 choices at the moment:

1) Fujitsu Siemens Loox T830

Pros: wifi 11g, 3G, keyboard, GPS, xscale 416Mhz, usb charging/syncing, 2MP af camera, good battery life, SD card, kitchen sink.

Cons: BIG, heavy, unattractive, 240x240 sq screen

2) Htc Tytn

Pros: wifi 11g, 3G, EDGE, HSPDA, samsung 400MHz, usb charging/syncing, 2MP camera, ok battery life, keyboard, small, 240x320 screen, lighter

Cons: No GPS, slide out keyboard-no one handed typing/dialing

3) HP Ipaq hw6915

Pros: wifi 11b, GPS, EDGE, xscale 416MHz, usb charging/syncing?, xxMP camera? keyboard, lighter, thin, small

Cons: no wifi 11g, no 3G, too wide 240x240 sq screen

My main use of my t-mobile compact is for outloon sync, small selection of games, music, and occasional GPS with BT GPS receiver. I would like the new phone to have wifi to surf from home wifi network.

If anyone has any experience with the above devices, please give me some advice.

I don't know the loox or the iPaq - but there is not a lot in the loox section here so they don't seem to be very popular.

A couple of points -

1) If you already have a BT GPS receiver why get a phone with GPS built in? IMHO you are better off with a seperate receiver which you can position where you want and leave at home when you don't want it.

2) WiFi eats batteries - I haven't used mine since I got unlimited 3G - but by your choice of phones presumeably you are not getting a contract?

3) Price- is this not an issue? The Vario II version of the TyTN is probably more widly available on eBay as unwanted upgrades are often sold to recoup money and could be a cheaper way of getting a phone - just a thought.
