Is this just straightforward pop3 forwarding? If so it works fine for me. Another user did have this problem, but it seemed to cure itself a few hours later so I wonder whether it could have been temporary downtime on Yahoo's servers.

Guest encrypted Posted November 7, 2006 Report Posted November 7, 2006 Which region's Yahoo are you using .co.uk? Is Pop3 set up okay at the Yahoo end? yes, co.uk, although my email id ends in a .com. i haven't set any POP stuff up at the server end - i can't see the options to do so. do i need to configure something at this end? (i am on the free email service and not the upgraded one) on the hermes, i went through the Email Wiz to set it up and kept all the defaults. is this ok?

Defaults should be okay - yes you need to activate Pop3 on Yahoo - whilst it's free on Yahoo.co.uk if you've signed up to Yahoo delivers, I think they charge for it on .com.
