Ringtone problem on TMobile Dash (HTC620)

I have the new TMobile Dash, running Windows Mobile 5.0. I am trying to install new ringtones. I downloaded the ringtones from the Microsoft web site, and tried to follow the instructions to install them on the Dash. The instructions say to use Windows Explorer to copy the WMA files to the /Sounds directory on the device, but I cannot do so. I can copy TXT files, or even ZIP files to that folder, but any attempt to drag-n-drop or cut-n-paste the WMA file fails. Any suggestions?
