turn off handset volume when using headset

Hi i was listening to music through media player and the headset and noticed that it also plays the music through the phone speaker just not as loud as when the headset isnt in. Any 1 no how i can the volume off so the sound only plays through the headset when listening to music.

Done a hard reset and all is good, even have lot more memory now cause i couldnt find wat was using it all.
