Sync PC folder to Smartphone Storage Card?

I have a Cingular 2125 with a 2GB storage card that I would like to use to store some podcasts. Currently the podcasts get downloaded automatically to a folder on the PC. I am wondering if there is something, anything that can automatically sync my "D:\Podcasts" folder to my 2125 storage card automatically. It does not appear to a function to do this within Activesync. So I am wondering if anyone knows of a activesync add on or something to allow for this?

Any ideas or suggestions?
