I've finally got round to calling T-mobile and the woman asked if I'd used a different charger - I advised that I have tried it with two separate ones and she then said it was a phone fault. I'm not so sure...anyone have any advice? cheers, Shaun

Any processing will require the device to connect and wakeup the connection to the ISP which will kill your battery... Check that out first :)
