Vario II Battery Problem

For the past few weeks, my Vario II has only been charging upto 70% and it runs down very quickly. I've finally got round to calling T-mobile and the woman asked if I'd used a different charger - I advised that I have tried it with two separate ones and she then said it was a phone fault. I'm not so sure...anyone have any advice?

HI matey, do you have anything polling or connecting to the internet often? Any processing will require the device to connect and wakeup the connection to the ISP which will kill your battery...

Check that out first :)
