SPV C500 Java application error

Hi there, SPV C500 in need of serious help

I have recently noticed that Java application are no longer running on my SPV C500. I suspect that the system TOA file has been deleted by accident and now every time I try to run a Java Application I get an error mesage.

If anyone know how I can resolve this problem please help.
