help please! is this the right forum? customising message tones on samsung z400

Hi

Fist time poster so dont ashout at my simpleness

i have 3 or 4 message tones on my phone saved in 'downlaods - music' that i transferred from the PC to my mobile

i want to use them as personalised message tones

to change them you go

settings - profiles - normal - edit - message alert - special tone - then it doesnt show any of the tones other than the ringtones on the phone when it was bought

im toallty frustrated

if you dont know the anser

if i ring o2 can they tell me?

samsung mobile web site is rubbish as is the usuer guide with the phone

Unfortunately this is a Windows Mobile forum, not many people may have the z400 as it is not a supported device here.

There may be a certain location you have to place the tones or the fact you can not see them may mean the tones are not supported by the device.
