Using Nokia in-car Handsfree Kit for Vario II?

My car currently has a Nokia handsfree kit (cradle with speaker and mic). It looks like this: -

Left is the actual cradle, middle is when you take off that thing that allows multiple-angle mounting, right is what it looks like when you unscrew (with one screw) the cradle. You can see that it would be nice to be able to use this to mount my Vario II rather than leave the screw holes in the dash where someone originally mounted this!

Basically I want to remove the cradle, and replace it with something that'll hold my Vario II. Does anyone know of such a cradle that's Vario II compatible and will mount onto this? Doesn't necessarily have to have the same circle grip thing, so long as I can mount it with 1 screw to this back-plate.

It'd also be nice to use the mic and speaker that are already in the car, is it possible for me to chop the wires and hook up 12v, mic and speaker to the usb port on the Vario II?

Okay you may not be able to say what will fit on the Nokia stand. How about "how does the Brodit for example fasten to the clip thingy?" Is it just one screw through the middle?
