Guest Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 I've just got a new M3100. It's a great phone IMHO but in the past week or so it's developed a odd and frustrating problem. The vibrate feature no longer works at all. No matter which way I try to active the vibrate option nothing happens. :) I have installed and uninstalled the following apps. Theme Changer 4.x - didn't work at all. Flash Player for PPC - didn't work just kept crashing the phone pRSSReader - seemed to work well. If I had to choose one I'd say that the vibrate stopped working after trying to use Theme Changer. Any suggestions on how to get vibrate back would be very welcome. I'd rather not do a hard reset unless it's definitely going to work though. Thanks in advance for any advice or help.

If you've uninstalled Theme Changer (which is Smartphone software, not Pocket PC compatable as far as I know) and then soft reset and that hasn't worked then I think a Hard reset is your only option. Richard Tried the hard reset...no change. Looks like I'll have to replace the phone. :)
